Use your time wisely
As a MGTOW, you should in my opinion (unless you're a lazy fucker or someone who likes to spend their time chilling out) be maximising the use of your time. I'm waiting for scans/surgery and I cannot practice what I am preaching. But prior to getting ill, I was doing the following:
I'd ensure a 7 hour minimum sleep. I'd wake up refreshed and grab a good quality breakfast: oats and yoghurt for example - no fried shit. Your body is your temple.
Once I woke up: I'd begin my day. I wouldn't lay in bed and feel warm. I'd embrace the cold morning air on my skin. I'd start my day at 6am. I'd do the chores I needed to do as it became available for me to do them.
Let me explain. Let's say I had the following to do: washing (dishes/clothes etc), gardening, visit the electronics store, see family, workout, hang out with friends - I'd work out (on the friday) what time I'd be doing all that. So:
1) Dishes/clothes - I'd generally do the dishes Friday evening so when I wake up on the weekend, they're done. Clothes? I'd throw them in the washing machine at 6am - by approx 7am they're done.
2) Whilst the washing is on, I'd do a home workout (I have a very basic setup: some dumbbells, treadmill and bicycle), so I'd do 25 min weights followed by 20 min cardio. DONE.
3) 7am - Clothes washed, so I'd hang them out to dry. That task, is done.
4) Store opens at 9am, so I'd go get a shower, go to fill up the car with fuel, and set off to the store. By 9:30-9:45am, task done.
etc etc.
That's how I was living my life prior to getting ill. And I highly recommend it. There's a sense of pride when you see other men walking with their slow-ass wife who is 50lb overweight and "waddles" instead of walks, and they're carrying all her shopping, and you're in shape - having accomplished more tasks in the first 3-4 hours of your day than they accomplish in a week.
MGTOW is a gift. Use the time it gives you wisely.
